No recoil / no spread sliders—use them or gimmick?

Worried if I enable no recoil my aim circle settings stop mattering. Anyone run light recoil only?

Light recoil yes, full no spread no. Full spread removal looks weird on long beams.

Light recoil only it is. Gun still kicks a little which feels natural.
